The Process
The Commission.
Every Temple is built through a deliberate process — six chapters from first conversation to the moment your Sidekick speaks from your hardware.
Discovery
The intake. We learn your work, your tools, your hopes, and your concerns. We ask what a good day looks like and where the friction is.
We understand the room the Temple will live in — its light, its sound, its place in your home. We understand who you are, because the Temple is built around that, not around a spec sheet.
Architecture
The design. We select your components, choose your models, scope your workflows, and design your network — every decision tied back to what we learned in Discovery.
You receive a written proposal: your Temple, on paper, before a single screw is turned. Nothing is built until the plan is one you recognize as yours.
Core Build
The forge. Your hardware is procured, assembled by hand, tested, and prepared. The base software stack is installed and hardened.
The Temple begins to take its physical form — a real machine on the bench, quiet and deliberate, becoming the thing that was drawn on paper.
Integration
The fitting. Your custom workflows are built. Your data is brought in. Your Sidekick begins to know you — your documents, your tools, your rhythms.
The Temple becomes uniquely yours, and no one else's. This is the chapter where a capable machine becomes your machine.
Onboarding
The handoff. We install your Temple — remotely or in your home, depending on tier — and we teach you its rhythms: how to ask, how to tend it, how to make it yours in daily use.
You meet your Sidekick on your own hardware for the first time. It speaks, and it is yours.
Launch
The covenant. The Temple is yours. We remain in relationship — through ongoing maintenance, refinement, and the long evolution of your sovereign AI life.
A Temple is not delivered and forgotten. It is kept. This is the beginning of that keeping.
